        Had my granddaughters 8th birthday party there today and the stars are for the venue only . The staff were diabolical . No interaction, no help or information given . We hadnt got a clue where to go No one seemed interested. The customer service was shocking . Bought a sausage roll from the cafe.2 and was like rubber wrapped in concrete possibly been reheated several times over days and just put back in the warmer . Would not repeat sorry

        The Bounce and the climbing are both very good HOWEVER the Boof cafe is very poor with little consideration that kids are their primary customers. No pizza slices, no chicken nuggets, no chips just paninis and biscoff cheesecake. Not a family experience and quite disappointing.
