I would like to say a big thank you to Richard Wakefield for giving us excellent professional service , this was from my initial telephone conversation , fantastic informative video, test drive showing full knowledge of the product, to the purchase of our Hyundai Kona 64kw. I dont normally write reviews, but felt I needed to as the service was so good. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Defo recommend Marshall Hyundai Worcester to family and friends

Someone that changes their car regularly I put this one down as the worst experience Ive ever had. Car wasnt even fit for purpose and shouldnt have been allowed to be handed over, my thought is that the used cars they sell arent checked and just handed over in whatever state they are delivered in. More concerning that the car was put straight back up for sale upon return. Complete waste of time and money.

Richard Wakefield helped us choose a second hand car. Our 3rd Hyundai. He was extremely helpful throughout, even to the point of helping us with form filling online as we are not very tech savvy. Nothing was too much trouble and he was ready to answer all our questions. All the staff were friendly and we would highly recommend Hyundai. Thank you Richard for making things so easy for us
