Had 4 sessions with Jane . I was very unsure of what to expect but its was very calming And felt at ease My last session was all about nerves and keeping calm I had my theory test the next day and with the techniques I learnt I remained calm and passed with flying colours I will used these techniques for the rest of my life Cant recommend this service enough

After two sessions with Jane I am much clearer and focussed- it is as if she has helped declutter my brain! Jane is very calm and supportive; she listened to what I wanted to achieve and tailored the session accordingly. I am sleeping better, joined (and am actually attending!!) the gym, generally making better choices all round. Highly recommend.
