Absolutely brilliant! - I was facing a big problem with a vehicle repair a few minutes away at the Mercedes dealer - An air conditioning pipe had failed, and the part was not available in this country, and worse, it was on back order in Germany. The price of the part was also eyewateringly expensive. I could not believe my luck when an internet search showed Pirtek being a moments drive from the MB dealer. I called Pirtek to explain the situation, and spoke to John (who I am sure deals which much bigger and more lucrative problems daily). John was the perfect professional - He said if I could drop in the pipe, he would repair it within an hour - Which he did. Great value repair, and it works fine! Thank you. You got me out of a hole.

After looking on line for a brake hose for my Suzuki motorcycle and not being able to get one anywhere went to my local Worcester pirtek within 3 hours they add made a perfect replacement well done excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with
