Sat in and waited 45 minutes for a dry patty, burned at the edges (and I do mean burnt, not "burnt ends"). My wife's burger was juicy but after waiting so long I couldn't be bothered with trying to get a replacement for mine. The real kicker was having the food delivered wrapped in foil, we were expecting high quality food and it was like eating at the services. Very disappointed

Went for a meal with friends and really liked the atmosphere. Sat for about 15 mins waiting for people to arrive, we all sat and chatted whilst choosing what to eat. Went to the bar and ordered drinks, we must have been in the restaurant for 25 mins with no trouble and were ordering non-alcoholic drinks. The waitress was happy to talk to us and didnt mention any age policy and there were kids obviously younger than us sitting in the restaurant. Only after ordering drinks did another member of staff tell us that we couldnt eat or drink in the restaurant because one of our party was under 18. It was offered that we could keep an order and eat it as a take out, bearing in mind it was raining outside. I understand that businesses have age policies and Im not annoyed with that - Im annoyed that we were allowed to sit, sort our food, and place our drinks order with a member of staff before being told to leave, and that there was no clear indication of such a policy when we had been looking at the website. Ive heard great reviews about this place and its sad that I wasnt able to try the food.
