Amazing gym, welcoming staff and a great environment to train together. This is my first cross fit gym but the way classes are run works really well with various scales / options available in every session so it is completely catered for your own individual needs. The coaches genuinely care and work with you in more than just the workouts, with regular goal reviews included.

Ive been going for the past 5 months and I have to say that its been an amazing decision to join Solv. The coaches and the community are loving and so helpful. Going to Solv its the best part of my day.

I have been a member now at Solv for just over six months and its been the best decision Ive made in a long time. I really struggle to stay motivated when I go to a regular gym working out on my own, they can be intimidating places where Solv is definitely not. The coaches are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun. The workouts are varied and can be easily scaled to an option to suit you if you have a injury or you find something difficult, you are helped through this at every stage to make the workout right for you. Coming from a team sport background im really enjoying training in a group and you get to meet new people and make new friends. I cannot recommend Solv highly enough, Give it a go!

Ive been a member of Solv for five years now. Lots of thought is put into the programming and into making members feel welcome and comfortable. Solv coaches encourage you to set goals and they adapt workouts to help you achieve them. Now 2 of my children are also members too.

Great family friendly crossfit gym. Brilliant coaches who know their stuff and who will do all they can for you to achieve your goals. You never left on your own. All members super friendly. Have made many friends here.
