        Sends you a letter to book a call on the weekend, cancel plans to be available and then they dont call. Try phoning numbers on the letter for it to have an automated message stating they dont work weekends. Just an absolute disgrace

        Had an appointment at 10am to verify my identity for Universal Credit. Parking was very difficult to find but once I was inside the jobcentre I was seen to very quickly and Phil couldn't have been more polite. Coming from Ireland where it feels like you're being interrogated each time you show up, this was a serious breath of fresh air.
