        We have a local Honda lawnmower centre only a couple of miles away but their prices were 10% more expensive so I thought I'd try "mail-order". When the mower arrived the stop/start bar was bent. I phoned them, and they answered the phone almost immediately, and I then sent them photos of the offending item. This was Thursday at 4:20pm. Just before 6pm that same day I received a phone call to confirm they will despatch a new part which duly arrived Saturday morning. For me, the sign of a good company is when something goes wrong there's no hassle sorting out the problem and it's rectified immediately. I'd be happy to purchase from this company again.

        Hassle free. New battery mower and scarifier shown as in stock. Price was good, so ordered. No problem at all. Good feedback on the order and arrived as indicated a few days after the order. My lawn is very happy too!
