Excellent service from Craig and Tanya, my mums wishes were to be cremated by a direct funeral service so no fuss, then I had to scatter her ashes with her mums. Tanya was excellent my mum was collected from a Cardiff hospital brought to Worcester then cremated, I was kept informed about everything that was going on. Each time I phoned the office to ask a question calls were answered promptly, which is most unusual these days. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you both.

Thank you Craig and Tania for being caring and compassionate in such a difficult time. My father in laws wishes were simple and specific which was no fuss or sadness he always said when you dead it is an empty shell. Direct cremation suited him and was offered opportunity to see him in chapel of rest available up to last minute but his daughter could not face it. Nothing to much a very can do attitude. Lovely people who I would entrust my empty shell to.

Craig and the team at Worcester funeral services were wonderful from start to finish. Took the stress out of organising our little girls service which helped greatly in such a traumatic time. They were flexible and accommodating with our slightly unconventional service while staying professional at all times. I'm glad they will be there to help other families through the funeral process as they really did make it as easy and as positive of an experience as possible.

My mum had a funeral plan with a company called Avalon. This company was the nominated funeral director. When she passed away I phoned their 24 hour bereavement line on 3 separate occasions and every time it went to answer phone. I phoned Avalon and luckily i was able to switch the plan to another funeral director. One star is generous.
