Jon was so helpful and replied so fast to my inquiry about best home treadmill model and he provided very precise technical information on the model of treadmill best for my home use (1 hr a day; 5-6 miles). I took his advice and stopped looking at NordicTrack Elite 800 and instead researched Sole, Spirit & Lifetime models. Spirits XT285 is my choice. Jon saved me from a potential headache from buying a deficient machine for my needs and possibly a waste of $1,500! I am 1000 times more confident now in making my home treadmill purchase after conferring with Jon, an engineer that actually knows the ins and outs of home treadmills. Thank you!!

I had unknowingly bought a poor quality treadmill with no customer support so it failed after just 14 months of heavy use. This company has good customer service and someone to advise you on your choice then arrange for the excellent engineers to set it up wherever you what it and take time to explain the workings and answer any questions . The advice to replace the poor one with a much better one was well worth the extra cost. Thank you team!!
