Broke off my key in the front door. Simon came round the next day, not only replaced the keyhole plate, but moved the whole lock down as he noticed it was misaligned (probably why the key broke off in the first place). Really efficient, all done in maybe 20 minutes, and very fair price.

Very Highly Recommended. I had problems with a door handle - the exact problem was assessed and identified over the phone, the new part obtained and fitted the following evening. We lost out house keys today and had no way of getting into our house, within an hour of calling Steve hed arrived opened the door and we were in and very relived. We would highly recommend Steve he was prompt, professional and very reasonably priced absolutely brilliant service. Thank you Steve.
