    I was so pleased with Marks work at the start but after a brilliant start the level of service and professionalism slipped. There were issues with wrong parts being supplied but although Mark was sent full details before he visited he did not identify the issue before he visited. As a result he had a wasted visit. The supplier subsequently supplied and fitted the correct parts for us but a minor wiring change is now needed to get the job finished. The changes are just moving 4 - 5 cables from screw terminals on a couple of relays and reconnecting them in a different order. Until this is done the equipment will not work as needed. Mark is now saying he can not give me a date for the final connection to be made and is going to work in China for 3 -4 weeks on the 23/6/18. Mark lives 18.2 miles away from me and having done the journey myself many times it takes about 40 mins. Sorry Mark but after a very good start you totally crashed it mate.
