Absolutely awful branch in terms of service. There could be 10 people waiting to be served and they'll leave 1 on the counter to deal with all of them. Whilst the rest of them are out the back having a laugh.

How its possible to stand at a front desk and literally be ignored is beyond me.. customer service is appalling Hi I am just dealing with someone, I will be with you in a minute wouldnt be too difficult.. just plain rude..

Electrical supplier to tradesmen but also open to joe public. Mornings busier with the trade, afternoons quieter for the diy'er. If it is not in stock it can be shipped in from other branches or order online to pick up. Friendly and helpful.
