Desserts were better then what I expected would definitely recommend again the service was good. The food came all together was very pleased

My order was incorrect and disgusting. The waffle was cold and tough and the cake on top was dry. Milkshakes were more like iceshakes. The doughnut wasnt sent and was replaced with ice cream that was bland and I wasnt told of this change. The cheesecake I ordered was not the flavour I ordered! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Spend the extra 50p elsewhere

Order was wrong. There is a nut allergy in the house and we deliberately ordered without nuts and checked the menu. The person with the nut allergy ordered a chocolate sundae and a peanut sundae came!!!, 2 other puddings had wrong toppings and flavour sauces. We called the restaurant to say and hopefully get the correct order Sent within minutes of receiving the delivery A rude girl answered the phone and stated nothing could be done as they had closed. She took our details and said we'd get a call from the manager next day. No call received. I have tried calling the shop, and I wrote an email and guess what. No reply. Awful service not only messing up the order and nearly causing a health issue, but can't even sort it out or reply to a complaint as common courtesy. Will never use again
