        Awful - they came to deliver parcel yesterday when i was at work left card to say redeliver today. Working from home today just went to get something from hall they had already been didnt even ring bell left another card to say now have to collect from dept. If trying to deliver things should ring bell just laziness really poor.

        Awful place absolutely useless. Apparently not worth his time to scan the labels because they are taped onto the product! Waste of time rude staff they need to seriously think about themselves.

        Great experience, quick enough parcel delivery and all was safe and cared for. My only issue is the difficulty to clarify what's happening to your parcel, and the frequent periods in which the tracker was down. Other than that, Great service and I definitely recommend
