Their approach is unique from other major London estate agents - they take the time to get to know the client (both vendor which was myself in this case, and the purchaser) as well as the property. I was pleased and impressed with how they managed what has been a turbulent time in the central London marketplace. I highly recommend and will certainly use their services again!

I have viewed many properties and met different property agencies. My partner and I are both very impressed with the high quality of service that we received from Alex. As a first time buyer, we are not clear about steps in the whole process, however, Alex was so helpful and answered what he knows. Most agencies are slow in response and claiming that they are busy, however, Alex provided very informative and swift response. It really helps us to find our dream house. It is really difficult to meet the deadline of Stamp Duty Holiday under pandemic especially time during Christmas and New Year. However, Alex was so efficient and push both buyer and seller solicitors for completion as expected. I highly recommend Alex as your property agency

I cant recommend Deans and Lines enough. Being overseas it was always going to be a slightly harder process to get a sale completed, but Alex went above and beyond to help the whole process run smoothly and did tasks which he did not have too. I was kept informed at every stage of what needed to be done, and he was very informative throughout. Would definitely have as my first call again if the need arises. Thank you Alex.
