        Helpful staff but never bought anything as you cant have tea in a porcelain cup only paper and plastic lid which is a no go for me sitting in with. Tea tastes horrible in these things. 4th visit same happened on the third but then I was told no cup only paper as only 1 member of staff which makes a mockery of buying a reusable mug. COSTA NO MORE . Seems after the refurbishment you changed your dine in rules.

        Very disappointed that Costa no longer selling vegan options in the sandwich and hot food section.When I asked the batista, I was told there wasn't the demand for it and decision came from higher up! Open your eyes Costa, times are changing, not everyone wants to eat dead animals!!

        Nice to see that Costa Coffee are doing a warm food option (on the board) for vegans. They still need to up their game with cold sandwiches and savoury snacks. Not every vegan likes vegan bacon butties. Three vegan options in the cake selection is good. It's getting better and better for vegans but still could do with improvements.
