Didnt buy food here but lack of tables about down stairs no help with the heavy tray not one member of staff helped me with the teas it was tea for two had to climb steps that I have got arthritis and unsteady on my legs. No help with anything took absolutely ages being served and the loos had urine , water and tissue on the floor very unclean it looked like the loos wasnt cleaned for ages and no loo roll when I went in. Service very slow and very poor. Shocking

I came here to collect my too good to go bag for the third time and each time its all meat which is fair enough but the attitude off one of the men there is awful. I dont eat meat but they do ask if you have allergies and im aware you get what your given but its only 3 so I take the risk and just hope they might be friendly. No, his attitude stinks although they did allow me to have a meat free sandwich, his attitude was not nice at all. I will not use this Costa on too good too go again and maybe one veggie less will do them the world of good however, please bare in mind we don't all eat meat and more variety with a nice smile may go along way

The young men working were superb. We wanted our toast well done and they were very obliging despite being very busy. Great coffee, lovely environment. Thank you
