        one phone line and your on the phone for an hour waiting to speak to someone for a simple enquiry !!!!!!!.......... i am still not through !!!!!

        Impossible to speak to anyone, if youre lucky enough to speak to central help desk no messages are relayed. No response to emails! Absolutely shocking treatment and no consideration for the individuals involved! If this was a business theyd have gone bust a long time ago with such poor customer service! 3 weeks since a hearing,?and over 5 hours on hold in total just trying to get an update! If I could give a zero rating I would!

        I would have given them 0 if I could. I waited 50 mins for a reply and no one did. Can t be due to Covid / pandemic but maybe you are all working from home. Very dissatisfied with no service. Gave up in end do you think I have nothing better to do..
