        Very happy with the quick and helpful service when Andy recently serviced our Hobbit stove. Very responsive communication and a very price for the work. Will definitely be using Firefly again to tidy up the finish to the hearth. Andy gave good, sound advice but left the important design decisions to us. Excellent, 5 stars.

        Andy was great from the when I first contact him for a quote, to the fitting of the stove. Communication was reliable, costs are reasonable and the service was very professional - we are so happy with the final result.

        Andrew has finished installing a second hand Jotul stove I provided. He went through and checked it over, lined the chimney and installed the stove. Spending time to talk through lighting and precautions. The working area was clean with everything protected during the installation. Price was good too, highly recommended.

        Absolutely delighted with our fire which is now warming up our whole house extremely efficiently. I can't recommend Andy and Chris highly enough. Very professional and personable at the same time. They provided excellent advice and the aftercare service was exceptional. Looking forward to catching up with them next year when they service our installation.
