Pat runs a lovely cattery and she is very helpful, efficient and accommodating. Our cat, Stumpy, is always happy staying with Pat!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Pat and the team at Catnaps have looked after my cat 3 times and I'd never go anywhere else. The facilities are excellent and the added personal touches, like saying goodnight to each cat individually and spending time playing with them in the day, are just heartwarming. I know my boy is in very safe hands.

Pat has been a absolute lifesaver this summer, our normal cattery cancelled at short notice and Pat was there to save the day! Catnaps was highly recommended to us on a Worcester Facebook page and we called to ask if she could fit in our 6 (crazy) cats at such short notice. Pat did some moving around and luckily could fit our boys in. When we arrived we talked her through each of them and the food they eat etc. Ive always been worried about leaving my boys as 4 of them are rescues and get very anxious when away from home, often returning home with soggy beds and a little skinny. However we were AMAZED when we went to pick up our angels and were so happy with how well cared for they were, they all looked so happy and refreshed. We will be recommending to all our friends and using again, thanks so much to Pat for taking such good care of our boys! :)

Pat and the staff are very welcoming, putting us at ease leaving our cat with them, he is always calm and relaxed when he stays there and when we collect him. He is so looked after and cared for it makes it easier to leave him with them.
