Just taken possession of my second Ibiza, from Listers , Worcester, despite the current restrictions it was made very easy once again by Gavin , thank you for being so patient . I am very happy with the new car and the colour is fab .

The communication we had with the service department was awful. My car was with them for 5 weeks all together and it was generally me contacting them. I was refused a courtesy car at first but did get one after several phone calls: I asked to speak to a manager, that never happened, I had my car for one day after being with them for a week, it wouldnt start the next morning which caused us a lot of stress, they then had it back for 4 weeks , when it was repaired ; I had already decided I no longer wanted this car as I had lost confidence in it, , no one from the service department bothered to come out and see us when we picked up the car . It was left to the sales man to apologise for them , on a positive note Tom who sold us(swapped) the car for us was very helpful.

Took my son there to purchase his car and the process from start to finish was seamless. We weren't pressured at all. I would like to thank Callum and Kristian for looking after my son. Will definitely recommend
