Listers CUPRA Worcester

Purchased a Cupra Born from Listers Worchester. This was a remote purchase as I live over 300 miles away. It was the first time buying remote and I would do it again. Delighted with the car. Great service and communication from Callum Law.

Dealt with Callum Law from start to finish while purchasing my Cupra R ST. Complete professionalism from the get-go, answered all my questions on the phone with no problems and good knowledge of the car, all back and forth emails were quick with constant updates on figures, addons and progress updates for the car; even when he was off work late at night and still responded to emails. Lovely bloke to talk to on the phone, always polite and down for a chat, he went the extra mile to deliver my new car personally to me at the Listers Garage in Riverside, all the way from Worcester. He made the handover very simple and easy as well and the car was in flawless condition. 10/10 for Callum and would absolutely recommend him and Listers to family and friends if they were after a new motor. Nelly was absolutely brilliant with us throughout the car buying process. She was really friendly, approachable and most importantly not in any way pushy. She really went above and beyond for us and made the whole thing extra special.

The warmest and most sincere welcome from everyone, in particular the lovely lady on reception who made me a great coffee and introduced me to the sales lady who knew her stuff, answered all of my questions with confidence and showed me round the Born and the Formentor. Even though I was transparent as to where I am in the buying process this didnt affect the level of service I received. Such a shame I dont live locally as I would be placing my order with Listers. Everyone within the group should be very proud as their staff are 1at class and conscientious.
