Good selection of Vehicles, Helpful, knowledgeable sales team. I was unable to strike the deal I wanted on this occasion. So I walked away. I would recommend the dealership team for its customer care and professional service.

This place is a daylight robbery, I took my van to repair an indicator light which cost me just to "investigate the issue" 105 + VAT, where they basically fitted a new light bulbs and confirmed to me that it was still not working. So they required a "further investigation" quoted at 315 + VAT which I stupidly agreed, where they came to the conclusion of recabling the indicator and quoted me 500 + VAT to do the work, at this stage I have already spent a total of 504 for not resolving any issue!!! As I felt "mugged" I refused any further work from Bristol street motors and went to collect my van where while I was waiting by the desk a man was complaining about a similar issue to mine: paying hundreds of pounds to "investigate" the vehicle but not actually resolving any issue. At the end I took my van to an independent garage where they fixed the issue at a total cost of 160 + VAT. and no payments required to "investigate" Don't make my mistake, go and look for another garage.

Brought a used car which was advertised as having DAB radio. It doesnt have DAB! Dealership only offering to pay for a plug in which I dont think is acceptable, Went with Bristol Street as had a bad experience with small trader and now im going to have to waste time fighting this because they wont put right their mistake!! Have emailed CEO Robert Forrester and spoken with citizens advice hopefully they will do the right thing.
