        Brilliant from start to finish. We visited to buy a prom dress for my daughter. The lady who helped us was so lovely and kind to us and especially to my daughter. We werent rushed and felt welcome. We purchased a dress which looks stunning. I would highly recommend Cathedral Belles

        Wonderful service from Sally, made my young niece feel relaxed and grown up trying on Bridesmaid dresses as she was quite nervous. We were made to feel welcome and tried on lots of different styles and found the perfect one. Would definitely recommend a visit to anyone looking for that perfect dress.

        Awful customer service Old dated shop needs a good clean I booked an appointment for my daughter for her prom dress. We arrived to be greeted and informed they will see myself and daughter in 2 minutes. We had to wait 15 minutes before being seen. Out of the dozen dresses they had my daughter fell in love with the first one she tried on when we said we wanted to buy it the lady said we couldnt as someone at her school had already purchased the same one (which is completely fine and we respect that) I am appalled that the assistant allowed us to try the dress on without checking first if one the same had been sold to the school my daughter is at.
