        Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were very patient with me helping me to purchase a scope , tripod and tripod carrier backpack. They fully demonstrated the operation of all the above, which allowed me to have a fun afternoon at WWT Slimbridge. It's definitely my go-to store from now on.

        Brilliant professional advice with a fantastic range of binoculars as well as lots of other tempting birdwatching items. Great enthusiasm and lots of chat about birds around the world. A very enjoyable experience and a new pair of binoculars to enjoy. Highly recommended.
