OnBike Electric Bikes

Well worth a visit. After viewing bikes on line for age's, came across Onbike and decided to pay them a visit. I wasn't disappointed. Was after a mountain e bike and they have a fantastic selection Martin was super helpful and definitely knows his stuff, wasn't pushy at all, and didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive just for the sake of it, talked through the different bikes etc and helped me make an informed choice on the day. Would certainly recommend. Really helpful friendly place.

Really friendly and helpful. Willing to help me explore lots of options and happy to repeat information when I had muddled up or forgotten which information was about which bike. No hard sell, all very relaxed. Having made my purchase my bike was prepared in good time and the handover was thorough, making me reasonably confident I had all the information I needed and totally reassured I could contact Martin should I need his help or guidance. Id recommend OnBike to anyone considering a new e-bike.

Very pleased with our new bikes from on bike. Excellent customer care throughout, good communication by email, phone and in person. Knowledgable people to advise us which is refreshing after visiting other retailers.

I wanted an electric bike, as riding a normal bike was not as enjoyable as I got older. I had visited bike shops that sold just one make of bike but the customer service was non existent , I felt they expected you to just walk in and make a purchase. OnBike sell electric bikes from 14 manufactures and Martin was willing to talk me through the benefits of each one. However his main priority was to get to know me, what I wanted the bike for, where I was intending to ride it as well as any health considerations. He showed me a number of options and allowed me to try them to ensure I was comfortable with my choice. There was no pressure to buy, definitely no attempt to sell me the most expensive. I in fact purchased a model in the price range that I had set myself prior to visiting the shop. I was totally satisfied with the service Martin provided, nothing was too much trouble and that extends to after sales as well. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting an electric bike to visit OnBike in Worcester. Thank you Martin for all your help.
