Took a bike in with a gear indexing problem that I could sort out. Andrew of Barbourne Bicycles sorted it out easily. Experience and skill count for a lot. I'll 100% be using this shop again without hesitation.

This is my second time I've had my bike serviced by Andrew and once again, it has been returned in excellent condition. Communication was great from start to finish and the service charge was extremely reasonable. I would also recommend the homemade honey available to purchase from Andrew.... Delicious...! Erm This is NOT realy a negative review but a fellow cyclist disappoinment in the service he did not get , I phoned the shop. As my bike had bent front forkes and could not be ridden he told me to bring the bike to his shop I walked the 5 miles to his shop to be told he can not fix it for another 2 weeks and could not store the bike in his shop so He booked my Bike in for the repare for the 15 /3 /23, he took my mobile number and other relevant details . I walked my bike back 5 miles . On the 15/3 23 I phoned him to double chec it was the correct day to bring the bike back and what time would be convenient..He then told me over the phone that he could not fix the bike or get parts etc .yet 2 weeks earlier he booked the bike in for the said repairs and he had my name and phone number ,but chose not to keep me informed ,why take peoples phone numbers if you dont keep them in the loop???. I could of taken my bike elsewhere had he told me he could not or did not want to repair it. # unhappy. I am without a now cheers mate.
