        I'm a new customer to Body Shop in Worcester,colleagues are very helpful,friendly n recommend products to suit your skin etc.I think the refund policy is amazing which to me builds on confidence buying more to get the right products. I always look forward to going into Worcester store as its always,clean,bright,great display of products n especially being greeted by friendly,knowledgeable staff
