I went with my friend to get our nails done by Kristina and she was amazing! She put so much care and effort into the design and the shape - making sure it was exactly what I wanted. I've had my nails done before at other locations but she is by far the best

I have fibromyalgia and due to days not being the same , it wasnt safe for me to attend the appointment. They still wanted to charge me . And expected me to call the day before , but they dont seem to get that I couldnt foresee having insomnia the night before my appointment leaving it unsafe to travel . Ive used the service previously and assured I would be using them again , but Im still being discriminated. I have a long term disability which changed daily . Sadly they have no compassion or understanding. If they want to keep clients , they first need to learn how to be compassionate to disabilities . My daughter and I will take our business elsewhere
