2 my reply to the below: not your mate in the first place , but former customer! I was jumped on out of the blue because of some unwritten rule I had not been aware, and not given an opportunity to defend myself because I was shouted at. Wanted simply to be cut with my child by my usual guy. Trying to explain myself you call arrogant. Learn the meaning of English words first before citing them. 13 years you say? Easy come easy go. Much harder to retain reputation than to build one on a hype from your fellow mates. Thank you , I am done, hope to never see you again .
