Absolute disgrace customer service from the owner. For no reason shouted and belittled me in front of staff and other customers, would not listen at all . Worst business owner experience in my life, despite the staff being remarkable at their job. Customer service at its lowest!!!!! 2 my reply to the below: not your mate in the first place , but former customer! I was jumped on out of the blue because of some unwritten rule I had not been aware, and not given an opportunity to defend myself because I was shouted at. Wanted simply to be cut with my child by my usual guy. Trying to explain myself you call arrogant. Learn the meaning of English words first before citing them. 13 years you say? Easy come easy go. Much harder to retain reputation than to build one on a hype from your fellow mates. Thank you , I am done, hope to never see you again .
