        Trying to deal with Santander Business Banking out of Bootle is the worst experience I have ever had with any financial institution. All I need to do is request that a dormancy flag be removed from an old bank account with a not insubstantial amount of cash in it. The process started in 2018 and we are still not there and after many letters and the provision of copious amounts of information the matter is still with "the back office of the back office" and nobody can say why or patch me through to someone who can help as all their "hands are tied" by a system which seems designed to prevent a customer accessing funds. Off to the Financial ombudsman now .......................
