Ordered a radiator with a 48 hour delivery slot. Waited in to take delivery, it did not arrive. Called the 7-day a week helpline, no answer and no call back. Emailed, no response. Ended up calling 3 times and emailing 3 times over the course of 2 weeks, not one call back despite leaving voicemail and not one response to my emails. Fifteen (15!) days after I placed my order I received notification from PayPal that they were processing a refund. I then received an email from the seller later that day saying that there were issues with their card processing provider and the order had to be refunded. Customer service has been non-existent, an absolute joke. How hard is it to pick up the phone or send an email to let your customer know what happening? Will not be buying from them again and would strongly advise others to avoid.

Brought two heater for 1300 each...no aftercare...guy is ignorant...will not even supply warranty details. AVOID. Some one else has commented on this amateur behaviour so its not a one off...its the owners personality.

Order was delivered on time which was great however one of the units is faulty i have since emailed and called on many occasions we have never received reply email we received a call 21/12/21 stating an email would be sent with us copied into the suppler for exchange ,for which we have never received , i have called many times since only to receive an EE mobile telephone voicemail.we have left messages and no reply

Amazing service from start to finish . Paul is a lovely guy very friendly and easy to talk to no jargon and honest advice, Fantastic equipment , easy to fit and great after service . Saved over 600 from the quote I recieved from elsewhere . Thank you again Paul , we are all loving the nice new cool air .

Paul was incredibly helpfull! The knowledge he had on epectric heaters was extreamly usefull would 100% recommend.
