After months of stress and frustration and being fined unnecessarily, I turned up at the Worcester office with out an appointment, seeking help. I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. They have been amazing. Calum in particular, has dealt with my case and has sorted my Tax issues and been contactable throughout the procedure for updates.
