Returned the following day to discuss some repairs on a petrol saw and whacker plate. We are very grateful that rather than simply accepting our tools and subcontracting the work out, Grant gave us some sound advice to self-diagnose our issues with the whacker plate and recommended some specialist petrol/two-stroke companies who would be best suited to our repair.
Honesty and genuine advice can be very rare in this industry, so we are chuffed with the outcome today and will definitely be returning for any of our future hire needs!
