Ive used a lot of taxi services, and this by far has been the worst. If I could give 0 stars I would. My driver was incredibly rude and condescending. He put my pick up location wrong TWICE, and when he finally arrived 30 minutes later, he refused to apologise and even asked for more money than what was initially agreed. As a young teenager just wanting to go home safely, this was a scary experience as he was speeding through the roads. I dont believe I should have paid full price for this at all, let alone paid. My driver needs to be fully investigated and disciplined accordingly, for other vulnerable young women out there. This is not a credible and safe taxi company ! My drivers name was Kandaijah, and he needs to be reported and investigated asap. I am not happy at all, neither are the people. This needs to be sorted out and I need to be compensated.

A pick up from Gatwick 3 am. (28 September) Problem on M23 so driver turns off to Brighton. Eventually gets on B road and after weaving all over place I saw sign for Redhill. I though "thank goodness" but no, driver turns onto M23 back to Gatwick where it started all over. I don't think he could read the road signs. The firm called him twice while this was going on. He had brass neck to ask for the fare. This was 5am. I came indoors and phoned company. Was told Manager would ring next day. Nothing! Service: Limousines

Okay, after my last experience I understand the low ratings here. Came 5 mins late and when I said ill be out in 2 mins, she rudely said you do know you booked the cab for 430am Came to the cab and it was the dirtiest cab inside and outside iv ever been. Drove like a maniac. 40 on 20 roads. Me and the luggage jumped up in the air when going over bumps. When booking I mentioned that I wanted to pay by card and he assured over the phone that a link will be sent. Iv had them once before and that time it worked.m (reason I booked them again). But this time she said there is no card option and she cant change anything and I should have pre paid. So had to pay in cash which i kept for emergencies on travel. Gladly had this experience now and not when travelling with the family which I had planned to do next month. Wont be using you or Epsom Cars (which was on the cab registration) Sort your company and drivers out before you only end up with new customers who fall for you instead of building up on loyal customers too.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! They have already not turned up to one booking of mine which I booked for a wedding, but thought I would try again. Booked a taxi for 8 seater to Gatwick car arrived all fine journey was fine. BOOKED THE SAME TAXI for way home. a 8 seater with luggage, clearly stated on website 8 passengers with luggage The driver turns up in a Toyota car with inly 7 seats and no boot space at all? the driver says the 8th person is him the driver? never heard that in my life.... also no boot room for ANY luggage? So 3 of our party had to then order a uber from Gatwick which was the same price as our original booking. I called clocktowers, explained the situation, was told I would get a call back. NOTHING So I call again and they offer me 9 off my booking? Then the driver was moaning to us saying they take the money off him? Not out fault at all , nor was it the drivers Absolutely ridiculous, Never again
