Ive been here a LOT and usually the customer service is nice and friendly, but yesterday the man at the til was so rude. There were watermelon in the trolley and he stacked things on top so I couldnt get to them. He said to choose a fresher one which was fine as a watermelon delivery came as I was there. I asked for a large one to be cut and he said hed come back but he just left me standing there for 10 minutes then said there were some already cut which I did not want as they were small pieces and clearly not fresh. The man on the meat was rude to my mom as well so I wont be spending my money here again unless the lady who usually works there is in as shes really nice. The guy on the bread counter was very nice yesterday so I dont want this experience to take away from him but everyone else just made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Ive been here a LOT and usually the customer service is nice and friendly, but yesterday the man at the til was so rude. There were watermelon in the trolley and he stacked things on top so I couldnt get to them. He said to choose a fresher one which was fine as a watermelon delivery came as I was there. The man on the meat was rude to my mom as well so I wont be spending my money here again unless the lady who usually works there is in as shes really nice.
