The guys at UBH Structures done a great job providing me with detailed structural drawings for a load bearing wall removal with steel supports. Urslan who was great through the process gave me and my fiance a few different options to enable us to overcome the challenge. UBH also gave correspondence to building regulations to ensure the work was done accordingly. Always at the end of the phone for a call or a text also.
