        Long long queue, and then terrible customer service. Won't be using this Post Office again

        It's fine. You get the odd worker who is miserable anywhere you go! I found most of the staff here very helpful. They can help with passport applications which I highly recommend, after having a bad experience online.

        They are running a sloppy service, Posts don't leave their branch or something is wrong. WD476308906GB post was an important document supposed to be delivered next-working-day but was delivered after a week time. This parcel was supposed to be next-working-day delivery but isn't showing delivered at all WD476285480GB I agree with other reviewers below, staff aren't welcoming. They need to be sent out on professional customer-care training course, its for sure.

      I agree with other reviewers below, staff aren't welcoming. They need to be sent out on professional customer-care training course, its for sure.
