Bad customer service! The member of staff behind the pharmacy counter was dealing with someone when I walked in. She was the only staff on the shop floor, but there were others at the back. After standing for about 10 mins waiting to be served I walked out as I wasn't even acknowledged. Not even 'hello, sorry to keep you waiting, I will be with you shortly'. I don't think she even looked in my direction, as if I didn't exist. I was the only customer in the shop other than the one being served at the pharmacy counter. Poor service.

Absolutely unprofessional, no communication between staff members . I called day before to collect my private prescription and spoke to pharmacist. He confirmed asked me to come after 9am next day. I took 2 hrs off from work went to pharmacy and guess what he is not there nor he has left any note for my prescription. Replacement pharmacist refused to dispense me my medication and not willing to contact the guy. Utterly unhelpful, what a waste of time. This is my two hours which I will never get back. i would give them negative if I could

I have collected my prescription here for 15 years. Received standard text to go and collect it on 22nd August. Went round there on the 24th to find it closed with a note on the door saying they were "closed due to no pharmacist". This remained the case until 30th August !. Then had to queue for a hour due to the backlog. They are now no longer sending out automated prescription reminders either - it's too much effort I think. Not a problem - I went to the GP surgery and have re-routed my medication to Superdrug. What a feeble and utterly rubbish service. I would give them zero stars if I could.
