Great people, good selection of things in store, I use them mainly for UPS however the machines for accepting deliverys is usually not working, tends to pack in over weekends which is a little annoying as next local UPS drop off is a little distance away.

This place is definitely not jolly! The owner is really rude and unpleasant. I dropped off an UPS parcel here and was told I should come back on Monday because I have just missed the collection. Even though we were still talking he told me to step aside so he can serve the other two customers behind me. I had to wait til they have paid before he reluctantly scanned my parcel. When I asked if there was a receipt, he initially said no and then reluctantly asked me for a number and then murmured that I should get something in an hour. When I asked if I would get an email , he shouted You havent given me your email address, have you?. I politely said I am happy to give him my email address for the receipt and he shouted back no, you cant have everything, you will just get a text message! When I asked if he can please check if the number he put down for me is correct. He shouted back Too late, I have sent it! If he doesnt want his shop to be a collection point for UPS I think he should just opt out instead of being rude to people.
