Nicola Cartwright and her team at Cerca Trova proved to be the best estate agents we have ever worked with and as we have bought and sold, rented out and rented for ourselves quite a few houses over our advancing years this is something worth stating. I am not prone to writing reviews, but when a service is delivered that is so much better than ones expectation it deserves a call out. Professional, ethical, hard working, charming and thorough. We recommend them highly.

She kept us informed at every steps of the process, kept an eye on the solicitors and made good recommendations. First time in 10 years Ive been genuinely impressed with the service of an estate agent. Move in process was incredibly smooth and every subsequent problem / request was dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
