Simply Grate Stoves & Fireplaces

Awful service throughout the process from start to finish. Multiple missed appointments, no communication or consideration for the inconvenience this caused us and a real lack of care for us as customers. We had to chase Simply Grate for an update every time appointments were missed and they never tried to improve our experience. We never felt like valued customers. Avoid at all costs.

Installed log burner, leaks as not smoke tested, wont come and fix issue. Avoid this company!

Its so heartwarming to meet genuine, caring people in the community- we are lucky to have a traditional family run business to go to. Our baby started crawling and we needed a quick solution to secure our fireplace to stop her exploring it. We popped in to ask for options and the team and family went above and beyond to help us that day. We look at the fireplace everyday and remember your kindness and just want to thank you once again xx

A simple question of which was louder Dimplex or Celsi electric fires in terms of fan noise could not be answered. Very rude and seemingly unwilling to assist.
