        The new Deputy Manager at this store,a tall and blonde lady is so rude and arrogant.Simply asked her a question and her body language and response had a racial undertone which I found sad and pitiful.Been to that store for years and all the staff there have been ever so courteous and polite.The manager has been so exceptional and professional at all times.The rest of the staff team have been great.One if my favourite charity stores.Not sure where this lady has come from and she exhibits no experience.She stands right at your face to talk to you,runs her basket mouth without thinking about what she is saying to you,and talked down on me as if I was a dirt and stupid.She acts as she is basically untouchable or has Godfathers....So can get away with anything.I honestly do not think so!! I reached home and felt so awful.Never been treated like this elsewhere.Certainly a bad experience at this store two weeks ago with this lady..The Area manager and director needs to be aware of this.BHF cannot have a staff who make racial derogatory remarks that reply hurts and thinks it is all fun to talk anyhow.Thank you.
