Graham Lee are very professional and as a customer I felt I mattered to them. I had a seamless experience from start to finish. I ordered my flooring and within two weeks the flooring was laid. The quality of the workmanship and wood was superb and my home was treated with respect and left clean and tidy. I highly recommend Graham Lee Carpets and in future I shall be purchasing all my carpets and flooring from them.

We wanted our stairs and hall carpeted and opted to use our local carpet shop Graham Lee. Colin was knowledgeable and very helpful - when some samples didnt arrive by post Colin kindly came round personally to our home to drop some off. Carpet was installed a few weeks after ordering and we are delighted with the result. Nice to have the personal touch from a local business. Would use again and definitely recommend. Recently used Graham Lee to fit carpet in 4 bedrooms, landing and stairs. I found the team very helpful and knowledgeable when answering questions. Excellent selection of carpets and team were professional throughout sales quote to fitting leaving the house clean and tidy upon completion. Colin at Graham Lee Carpets was always very helpful and polite. We visited the shop at Worcester Park on many occasions and Colin was very patient with us. When we couldn't decide which carpets to choose we were given the option of taking several samples home on several occasions. We also found that we needed the bottom of our brand new doors taking up and Colin arranged this for us and the guy did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Service: Carpet installation
