Weve only visited once so far but I have already booked in our next appointment. It was the best service I could have ever asked for and I left feeling very relieved! I recently adopted a long hair rescue cat (Harley) and was having a little trouble grooming her due to her resisting / getting stressed. Weve now gotten to the point that shell let me brush her but unfortunately had some matting plus I wasnt prepared to tackle her nail trim myself. Louise managed to get more done than I had anticipated considering how stressed Harley had gotten at one point but managed to calm her down. Thank you for being so calm and caring for our stressed out kitty :)

I love Lou .. she had groomed my last 4 dogs ... She caring n gentle .... Would recommend her to any one ....

Oh gosh, I can't begin to tell you how much I love this place. I've visited twice so far, and I won't be going anywhere else from now on. A fantastic service that is run by someone who does the job for the love of animals, and is professional, friendly, and fabulous with my very cautious Saluki. What a find!
