We have absolutely loved our Baby Massage and Yoga classes with Serenna. From the moment you walk into the gorgeous studio, you are both spoilt rotten with hot drinks, biscuits, keep sakes and the expert knowledge of your teacher. It really is a special setting - a class we look forward to each week. Looking forward to continuing forward to Messy Play next.

Serene Baby massage isnt just a massage, its an experience, its a moment in time that gives you and your baby time together during what can be a busy time navigating being a mummy or juggling other children. The memories I was able to make coming to the classes have been wonderful and something money cant buy. The classes make you feel content and you get a chance to get to know your baby even better. The intimate classes also allow you to talk to other mummies and gives you that safe space to talk about any of your worries or just have validation from like minded people. Such a small investment, words cant really describe the experience, Its worth the small investment.

Me and my little one, Charlie, have done 2 courses with Nim in Moggerhanger. Highly recommend the classes. At one point this is the only class where Charlie settled and enjoyed being out of the house! He found the classes very relaxing and I learnt so many techniques to help Charlie with his colic and with relaxation in general. The classes are kept small which is lovely as you really get to know each other and get the most out of each class! Thankyou Nim for running fantastic and beneficial classes. Gemma and Charlie xx

We went to one of Sareena's starting solid food workshops... I had this strong feeling in my gut that my boy was ready and keen to begin his relationship with food but I felt unable and unsure of where to start or what the 'right' way was. Raising a baby these days seems to be a constant barrage of contradictions and strong opinions about how you should be caring for your own child, from professionals, friends, family and social media. It's often left me feeling like I didn't know what way was up! After Sareena's session my husband and I felt reassured, confident, empowered, relaxed and eager to start and we've not looked back.
