Awful recruitment firm. My dealings were with Jack and I was rarely kept in the loop with opportunities that we had spoken about. It took 2 months to even get an update on a particular role and even when that opportunity was pursued I was misinformed with when I would be expected to receive feedback. Recruitment is about time management and also coming across interested in the candidates you want to recruit. Felt very lackadaisical from Build Outs side. Would not recommend and wouldnt be using their services again
