I had an excellent experience with Sophia who helped me find a really good role. From the offset, she really supported me during the process, and I was kept in the loop during every step. Heidi also supported me on the day of my interview by liaising with my employer to re arrange an interview at short notice due to a personal family matter. Since getting the job a month ago, Sophia has contacted me to make sure Im enjoying the role and even sent me a congratulatory card at work which was a nice touch. Ive worked with lots of recruitment agencies in the past but none have been better than Pitch. I feel they have really tried to match my skillset with a suitable role, which Ive found to be more thoughtful than other agencies.
