Turned up at Cutler's Farm premises at the appointed time to find all locked up and deserted. Tried phoning 4 times no answer. Sent message, no reply. Headed home disappointed and furious at being ripped off in this way. If I am contacted by them and offered a refund or alternative booking I will amend this review. But in any case if there was a problem they should have contacted me! UPDATE. Tried to phone over the weekend but still no reply. On my visit the postlady told me she thought they worked on weekends only so I thought it was worth a try. Company house list the business as still trading. Will try other means.

currently having the same experience as a couple of the other reviewers, trying to redeem a voucher for over a month now with absolutely zero response or communication via phone or email, has anyone else been able to make contact or managed to get a refund ?

I purchased the 2 hour Spitfire Flight experience for my dad. He is from Liverpool so booked a hotel for the night before and drove down to Warwickshire. Well he turned up at 12pm on sat 23rd June for his flight and the place was closed! No one answered the phone! No note on the door! Absolutely appalled at the lack of communication. He left a note under the door asking to be compensated for his complete waste of a trip. Looking from the latest review I might have to go through the credit card company! I will look at changing my review if you actually deem to answer the phone! Even to book this experience in the first place was a nightmare but my dad was so excited to do this. Sort your business out. My dad was given excuses last time you wouldn't answer the phone. In that case you need to put up a sign, have a answering machine message or have someone contact your customers. Update: the people next door to this business kindly contacted my dad to let him know the business has gone in to administration.
